For donations made using the napsoc.org OR napsglobal OR naps.kindful.com website, if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to The National Association for the Prevention of Starvation (NAPS), we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation being processed.
To be considered for a refund, beyond the 15 days, please contact our office at 256-262-7712
To request a refund, call 256-262-7712 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
If you did not make your donation using the websites mentioned, please get in touch with the NAPS office through which the donation was made to learn about applicable refund policies.
